CD Shelves Finished
o, I had to work for a week, and then I had some holiday-with-family time, but here, at long last, are the pictures of the finished shelving unit.Apparently the pictures are in anti-chronological order and I don't feel like fighting the HTML code to fix it right now. (Thanks alot, Blogger!) So scroll down and see the shelving unit unstain itself.
If you look closely at the first picture you can see the backing material for the shelves was high-dollar reused cardboard from soda 12-pack boxes, but that's how we roll around the Snicklefritz ranch.
Also, it should be noted that the shelves are now covered in construction dust because shortly after we finished the shelves, we had some water seepage in our basement, so we had to get some contractors to waterproof the place.
:(
Still, we got some shelves, and soon we'll be able to put everything back together.

Just watched your mitten tutorial and love the homestar-esk commentary. So I thought I would comment on yr blog so you don't get all sad and mope-y as you mentioned. Hurray shelves!
Thanks a bunch, PCB. It's nice to know that people watch our stuff and it's even better to know that you enjoyed it.
The mitten discussion on the blog is here (for more info): http://coffeepezaddict.blogspot.com/search?q=mittens
